There are many opportunities to get involved and no experience is needed.

Volunteer: List

Board Position

2 year minimum term, responsible for 2 board functions

Attend preseason coaches meeting, keep track of team equipment, plan/attend practices and coach games

Attend preseason coaches meeting, plan/attend practices and games, coach practices and/or games in coach’s absence

Responsible for email communications with team, assist the coaches with communications

Coordinate league uniform distribution in May

Coordinate equipment distribution, collection and inventory

Assist coaches and players during the clinic by staffing softball stations

Assist teams with their timed photo shoot

Walk with the kids in the parade, assist with carrying and passing out candy

Coordinate coach thank-you’s, cold snack, Senior league and other recognitions

Coordinate volunteers, send emails and staff Sunday afternoon scrimmages

Update the website once a month with up-to-date information January through September
