REGISTRATION
Registration is now closed and teams are formed for the 2022 Season!!

Registration fee of $100 includes a team colored t-shirt, visor and socks
Players are responsible for providing solid black softball pants and their own softball glove
A $25 late fee will be incurred for registrations received after March 31st
Please note that we are unable to honor friend requests for late registrants
The league is not able to offer refunds after registration however,contact us directly for exceptions which include moving or an injury or illness that prevents play prior to the first game
Our registration will walk you through our secure SportsEngine portal which will allow you to provide contact, health & emergency information, complete waivers and provide online payment
Upon completion, a confirmation will be emailed to the address provided
For those not wishing to provide online payment, a check written out to SGSL, Inc. can be mailed to 4110 N. Farwell Ave., Showewood, WI 53211
